We want you to be fully satisfied with your Recess gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment. If your purchase doesn't help you level up your game, we'll make it right with a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely package your gear in its original Recess packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
